USES

Two simple tips for best results:
1) Soak affected area in warm water before applying indiCREME Extreme (this helps with absorption). Leave on skin to fully absorb – at least 10 minutes.

2) Apply Sootheen Hemp Aloe Gel BEFORE indiCREME Extreme (this also helps with absorption). To do this, apply Gel let it dry (about 2 minutes) then apply indiCREME; this is not necessary but it is superior to using either product alone and this combination is used by many massage therapists as a special treatment.
